Hi! I'm Kelsey Rankin - a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and your biggest cheerleader on your fitness journey.
I believe fitness should empower you, not exhaust you. My mission is to help women build sustainable strength, develop a healthy relationship with food, and feel confident in their bodies.
My Story
My Fitness Journey
My love for fitness started in college when I discovered the power of strength training. I was tired of endless cardio and restrictive diets that left me feeling drained. When I started lifting weights and fueling my body properly, everything changed. I felt stronger, more energized, and for the first time, I actually enjoyed working out.
Education & Expertise
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology because I wanted to truly understand how the body works. I wasn't satisfied with just following trends - I wanted to provide science-backed coaching that actually gets results. Since then, I've helped over 500 women transform their bodies and relationships with fitness and food.
Beyond the Gym
When I'm not coaching clients, you'll find me trying new recipes in the kitchen, exploring local coffee shops, or spending time outdoors. I believe in practicing what I preach - balance is everything. I enjoy treats, rest days, and living life without restriction. That's the lifestyle I want to help you build too.
